 I'm a relative noob when it comes to football so excuse me if I place any of these teams in places they should not be or if I leave out teams that you think should be on the list.

1. Barcelona.
2. Manchester City
3. Real Madrid
4. Bayern Munich
5. Athletico Madrid
6. Paris Saint Germain
7. Liverpool
8. Juventus
9. Napoli
10. Tottenham Hotspur

I'm sorry if there are teams in South America that probably deserve to be on here but as there are no competitions between continents, its really hard to compare them.

 Looks about right. I'd probably put in Manchester United ahead of Spurs though. Liverpool probably deserve to be there on current form, but I'd understand if somebody wanted to wait a bit more to see a bit more consistency.

Outside of the 10 you mentioned (and Manchester United), I don't really know who else has a good enough case. Dortmund deserve a shout. Possibly Roma too.

 Right now I don't consider United to be a cohesive team. They are a group of talented individuals playing together but they aren't a team. At least not yet. That's why I left them out. I put them around the same level as Roma, Valencia and Sevilla.

Dortmund? No way. I don't believe that they or Schalke would earn a top four spot in the Premier League.

 In terms of current form? Man Utd probably gets on the list.

In terms of history or commercial? Man Utd is top 3 easily.


Also, in terms of quality Roma is ahead of Napoli for sure. Napoli is having a good season, but they'll fall off soon enough.
