Let's keep it one per series, since series like Berserk have a butt load of awesome duels. 1. Guts vs Zodd (Hill of Swords)- Berserk 2. Gintoki vs Takasugi- Gintama 3. Kirito vs Gleam Eyes- Sword Art Online 4. Ichigo vs Byakuya- Bleach 5. Yato vs Rabo- Noragami Aragoto 6. Leon vs Alfonso- Garo: The Animation Those are the best ones I can think of off the top of my head.

Waterfox Favourite Manga Dragon Ball, JoJo no kimyou na bouken, One piece, currently reading Shaman King	Alright, let's go: 1.Guts vs Serpico in that cathedral(around ch 250 - 260 if i'm not mistaken) - Berserk 2.Zoro vs Kaku - One Piece 3.Jean Pierre Polnareff vs Chaka(Anubis) - JoJo's Bizarre adventure I guess that's about it. I don't watch many anime, much less with swordsmen.
