The city of Plymouth in the UK is located on the border of the county of Cornwall. Someone once told me that they believed it should be a part of Cornwall, whereas I disagreed and thought it should stay in Devon. What do you think? |

It should be in Devon because it is in Devon. Borders are man-made, so it should fall in whichever region man has made it a part of. |

I think the Tamar is a natural border. So it works quite well keeping it in Devon. |
