Hey guys, recently ive been thinking about Christmas and santa and i noticed something pretty crazy but its so obvious i cant believe its never been talked about before and i took so long to notice it. Is it possible that santa clause is actually God? traditional Christianity celebrates the birth of jesus on Christmas day and also we are told stories growing up about a man named santa who comes and delivers all the presents for Christmas. like i said i cant believe i never put two and two together before but it almost seems as though santa is God who gives the Gift of his son on christmas day. looking at traditional depictions of God and santa, they do bare a resemblance to each other. googling God you get a lot of images of big bearded white men like these for example. ![]() ![]() opps that last one is actually santa drinking a coke but looking at the traditional depictions of both they look extremely similar to one another. the thing is though, when we grow up we learn that santa doesnt actually exist. i find this odd because he shares the holiday with jesus the son of God. so its never made sense to me why people who claim to believe in the bible and jesus would lie to their children about a fictional character on the day of their lord birth? i dont think people who REALLY believed in the bible would do that and i know not all people who believe in the bible celebrate christmas but it doesnt make sense unless they are trying to tell us something. i mean how can the same people who spoon feed you lies all your life about santa expect you to believe that they werent also lying about jesus whom they told you about on the exact same day right? unless the 2 are connected and santa is God who gives the gift of his sun on christmas day. but the interesting thing about santa is that his name is an anagram for SATAN. are they trying to tell us that God and jesus dont exist and the lied to us about the bible? |

that santa is actually God giving the gift of his son on Christmas day. but santa doesnt really exist which would in turn also mean that God and jesus dont exist. |

it seems the truth is that way. but what exactly is ludicrous? im only pointing out connections everything i said is actually a fact so i fail to see whats ludicrous about it. is it the fact that if you switch the TA in santa in front of the N you get SATAN? or is it ludicrous that traditional depictions of santa and God are both bearded white men? or is it the fact that santa and jesus are both celebrated on Christmas day or is it just ludicrous to notice these correlations? which is it. After you spent an entire kilometric post on DBZ board quoting the bible for us about how Piccolo is 'the-one-whose-name-shall-not-be-spoken'. You either have a very rich imagination or you're just bored. P.S.
Nah, he's just looking at it. You may never know what his intentions are with that bottle. Edited by Bad User, Feb 6 2018, 05:23 PM.

Let's get one thing clear: Coincidences are called that for a reason. It's a coincidence that Santa and Satan share the same letters, it's a coincidence that two of the concepts invented by human kind have long white beards. There's no conspiracy behind any of this, it's just human concepts to make ourselves feel good (or bad). |

Is Mister Satan from the hit shonen manga Dragon Ball somehow connected to this conspiracy? |

Mr. Satan is both a hero and a devil. Satan = Hades Hercule = Heracles No, but seriously, this is the Deep Discussion section, probably should refrain from funny comments regardless of how bizarre it is. |

Yes, yes it is a coincidence that Santa and Satan sound similar. The character of Santa Claus is inspired by Saint Nicholas's habit of giving gifts in secret, and that's where the name comes from. |

Santa Claus is based on Sinterklaas. Sinterklaas is based on Saint Nicholas, who was an actual guy that actually lived. But please tell me what you're smoking. Asking for a friend. Edited by Ginyu, Feb 8 2018, 02:33 PM.
