Tien defeats everyone on this list, in my opinion. Say what you will about his performance, he did get back up after two hits from Base Gohan after training. Base Copy Vegeta made a mockery of SSJ3 Gotenks three arcs previously when Saiyan protagonists had probably less than 10% of the power they worked to gain at the onset of the tournament. Does it sound like too much? Maybe so, but the lack of Kaioken x10 from Goku during his rematch with Hit seems to indicate that they improved enormously. |

While Tien is honestly the hardest of the 10 to peg powerwise; he still showed enough to be able to clear this list. |

I really cant see Tien getting past Piccolo. I definitely cant see him taking on the androids or Broly, let alone Gotenks. We know Krillin is still below 18 and she hasn't been shown to be any stronger than before. |

Everyone's power seems to be all over the place lately. But I'd say he stops somewhere around here. SSJ Trunks (Trunks Saga) Piccolo (Android Saga) SSJ Vegeta (Android Saga) |

Not sure if I would agree with that. To start with, we see how in the RoF arc both Piccolo and Base Gohan are unable to put up any kind of fight against Tagoma/Ginyu. Piccolo and Gohan proving unable to handle Tagoma/Ginyu Somehow Piccolo's performance there was only just comparable to Base Gohan's despite being a noteworthy face who is considered to be a recreational trainer when there's no threats around. If nothing else I would assume that he at least kept his Cell Games/Buu arc power. Next we see a starkly different reaction when Gohan goes Super Saiyan and fights Ginyu-Tagoma. Something else to note which might be important is SSJ Gotenks appearing and causing Tagoma to recoil in intense pain on the ground from a headbutt. The scene was obviously played up for comedic relief but a comment made by Roshi does lend credence to it also representing a show of strength from the young fused fighter. Super Saiyans crippling Tagoma/Ginyu Both SSJ Gohan and Gotenks were not deemed to be powerful enough to handle Freeza in his first form. Gohan and Gotenks can't handle Freeza Is there a correlation with all this? Well Gotenks as a Super Saiyan wasn't enough to fight Freeza in his first form alone; this is a kid who at one point was perceived to be the best hope for all of humanity against Buu. Now contrast his being shrugged off with what Goku and Vegeta do next. Freeza and Ginyu-Tagoma besieged by Goku and Vegeta As you can see, those Base Saiyans not only obliterate Ginyu-Tagoma easily, they also go toe to toe with Freeza in his final form. In the Namek arc, the power transition from first to the initial stages of final form seemed to amount to a multiple of roughly 5.6 (comparable with Base Goku at the time but it could have been more). Who knows how much power Freeza is using against Base Goku in the RoF arc, but if the multiple still stands then Base Goku and Vegeta could have probably boasted a power level that's over a dozen times stronger than SSJ Gotenks minimum. Now look at what Krillin was able to do here when pitted against a Goku who, while albeit rusty, was still likely over ten times stronger than when he participated in the Universe 6 tournament as he didn't require Kaioken to fight Hit anymore. Krillin handling himself well against Base and SSJ Goku Crazy as it seems, Krillin above did seem to force Goku into transforming. He even manages to avoid a ki blast from SSJ Goku in the following exchange. Insane right? Well the Tournament of Power is infamous for it. Plus, as mentioned before, Tien managed to hold himself together and get back up after two hits from Base Gohan after training. All this leads back to the ridiculous power inflation that went on somewhere before the tournament and now the fighters from the Z era don't seem so tough even for the humans. With #18 the evidence in favour of her power growth does exist. Remember the fight with the Pride Troopers whom Toppo dispatched to take care of Goku? Goku unable to handle Tupper #18 assisting Goku against Tupper This is a Goku who had gotten back into shape through some brief sparring with Whis. #18 managed to distinguish herself by handling an enemy which had Goku literally shoved in the ground with no apparent means of dislodging himself sans transforming. 18 stronger makes no sense. She outright says she is stronger than those guys before they go to fight Frieza. Krillin reasons they have Buu, not Gohan and Piccolo, but they have Buu, and freaks when he realizes he ain't there. Roshi tells 18 in the forest episode that if she went to the forest she could save Goku and Krillin both by herself but would be hurting Krillin in the long run 18 also emits an aura for the first time ever vs Brianne. She even tells the robot her and 17 trashes that they were truning it up a notch. And she when the tourney actually first kicked off was trading even shots with a pride trooper and went off on her own like Goku, Vegeta, Frieza, and 17 thus saying f your plan I don't need it. Hell I would say there is an argument that the scale goes - 17 > Gohan > 18 > Piccolo > Krillin That seems more likely than what people had coming in like - Gohan > 17- Piccolo > 18 > Krillin - Gohan > 17 > Piccolo > 18 > Krillin Edited by Kblo247, Feb 1 2018, 01:20 AM.
