All of Dragon Ball takes place in a single continuity. The original 42-volume manga, all of the anime's filler, GT, the Super anime, the Super manga, the original DB movie trilogy, the original 13 Z movies, the Collectible Card Game, Battle of Gods, Ressurection 'F', Dragon Ball Heroes, Jaco the Galactic Patrolman, Dragon Ball Minus, Episode of Bardock, Plan to Erradicate the Saiyans, the One Piece crossover, Nekomajin, Nekomajin Z, Dr Slump, Dr Slump's 1997 remake, and Dragon Ball Online. If you ignore some minor inconsistencies, it all fits together pretty neatly.
DBO's timeline and DBGT's timeline don't mix together at all given what was stated in DBO's timeline. You'll also have a very bad time trying to fit Super in with GT without having to resort to "well if you gloss over this it could fit".

Hell even EoZ is frigging difficult to make sense out of with what's going on in Super.

You know that post wasn't serious, right? Just a flimsy attempt at a joke. I even made a "serious post" after that one.

Okay, I'm being serious now. If GT does take place after Super, then why does nobody use Super Saiyan Blue? Why does nobody use Ultra Instinct? Why does nobody mention Beerus, Jiren, Angels, Gods of Destruction, or any of that s***? Why are Pilaf, Shu and Mai elderly? Why doesn't Freeza use his golden form in hell?

Gosh darnit! That's what I get for not seeing the second page before posting.

But that goes without saying to anyone that tries to mix up the timelines of all those series. It doesn't work unless you want to approach it with a massive level of ignorance and denial. That's not to say they don't exist of course. All DB media (even video games as well) can exist in one massive DB metaverse but not in the same timeline.

And personally I like to think of GT and Super's timelines existing independently from the manga.
