What was the turning point in ww2? Was it the Soviet counter attack or was it when we deciphered the four rotor enigma machine?

Leve Feyenoord 1!

Several arguable turning points.

You could say Hitler invading Russia in winter like a damn idiot.
You could say the Battle of Stalingrad when the Russians actually started gaining ground instead of the Germans
You could say D-Day.

Actually operation Barbarossa began in June.

I'd say that by the time D-day came about, the Nazi's had already been doomed. The British had kicked them out of Africa, defeated the Luftwaffe, cracked their codes and the Soviets were marching towards Germany all before D-Day happened.

I bet the Nazi's would have lost if the US never entered, though it would have taken much longer and a lot of really bad s*** would have happened on the way to the end.
No doubt the Russian winter did a number on the casualties and supplies of Germany. There were a lot of things after that which lead to minor losses to the ground the Nazis were gaining.
