How does Bitcoin even work? Every time I try to look it up it's so weird. Can someone explain what the point of buying things with Bitcoin is?

Mozilla Firefox Favourite Manga Berserk all day erry day	I don't really trust it personally since it has nothing to fall back on, like how a country has a treasury. Heaps of gold and artifacts and all that. Bitcoin is just data, data that could reasonably be stolen or wiped out. Dunno if that's something that happens currently but it's bound to happen in future. I'm sure in like 50 years we'll all have digital based money anyway, perhaps even Bitcoin but I wouldn't take the chance with it currently. finishes his 50p microwave meal and sighs in poverty

Fire fox Favourite Manga Gantz	With so many data breeches and reports of federal employees stealing bitcoins, I just don't trust the currency at the moment. If it can establish itself over a long period of time (10-20 years or so) then maybe I'll consider using it...if at that point I see any value in using it.
