Jedi, in the past I probably would've struggled in choosing and probably would've fallen to the Sith for a while. Probably more a Dark Jedi than a Sith though.

Chrome, Edge Favourite Manga Wizard's Soul ~Holy War of Love~	To be honest the Sith strike me as even more oppressive an existence compared to the Jedi, at least with the Jedi I have a decent picking of eras to choose from and they're all at least somewhat acceptable existences, the worst one could experience as a jedi (barring something interrupting daily life) would be more akin to one of our own real life convents or being a Buddhist monk. Hell they're not even as bad as the Jainism, another real religion. The Sith meanwhile... I'm pretty sure at some point I'd be forced to kill my own family, and generally when I see Sith they seem absolutely miserable. Either Anger and Rage or drowning in self pity, the only happy Sith I've ever really seen is Palpatine who kind of doesn't count, what with basically disobeying nearly every rule the Sith have in an already short list. Like, the Sith have basically all the bad stuff about the Jedi with an alienating lifestyle and a focus on meditation (No you don't get crack open a cold one with the boys, you're supposed to kill them and eliminate any connection to your weak past more than likely), but now with more torture (to you before you get any ideas), more self-loathing, more hate thrown at everyone, and also having to hide all the time (though if the Galactic Empire is a thing the Jedi also go through that. That way I can have friends and not worry about having to kill my peers to maintain my position...and keep my life.
