Literally the only thing that can remotely challenge her is Hit's time hax. She's above Blue Kaioken x20 as a normal SSJ. SSJ2 apparently put her above Goku the first time he got UI. Dumb but whatever.

So yeah. Kefla is a mile-long freight train and everyone else here is tied to the tracks.

Inclined to say she steamroles, but Goku was notably fatigued in their fights, and it's unclear how much that effected his power.

Dyspo's speed was purportedly quick enough to confuse Champa. If he utilised that speed then he could potentially inflict some damage. It wouldn't be enough to defeat Kefla, though. No, I think in round 5 it'll come down to Hit with his Phoenix Eye Fist. No amount of power is going to help Kefla endure blows to her respiratory tract and arterial blood flow to the brain.
