Scenario 1: Caulifla and Bra are fighting in their regular power levels. Both of them can use their transformations. Scenario 2: Caulifla’s and Bra’s power levels are equally matched. They can use their transformations, but their power levels will remain the same. Winner?

It's just a fanmade doujin afaik Not just that, but the scaling in DBM is a bit wonky, being a french comic and all, the authors base it off the french dub more than anything, which means the gaps aren't quite the same, and Freeza in his final form is stuck with a power level of 53,000. I'm not sure DBMvDBZ match-ups work unless you make the DBM characters as strong as their canon counterparts, and base everything else off that.
