I don't watch much British TV, but some of my favourites: Game Show: Pointless for me. Really interesting idea and great hosts. Countdown is up there though. Comedy: The Inbetweeners. Couldn't really be anything else, one of the best comedy shows in general. Drama: Mad Dogs. Like I said, I don't watch much British TV so the pool is a small one, but this show was really good. Great cast. Sport: Sky Sports Saturday. Nothing beats Jeff Stelling screaming with joy over a late equaliser/winning goal. Panel Show: Would I Lie to You is brilliant and my favourite. 8 Out of 10 Cats Does Countdown is funny too. Question of Sport honourable mention. Soap: I actually used to really like Hollyoaks. Haven't watched it for a long time, but that has to get my vote seeing as it's the only one I watched regularly at some point. I'll also add a genre: Kids Show: Lots to choose from, but for me it's either The Queen's Nose or Bernard's Watch. Both really good concepts for a show and ones I remember enjoying a lot as a kid. Dick & Dom In Da Bungalow was also funny. |
