If you can't substantiate the 4,000x number, then it's wise not to toss it out there like it's an established norm. People can claim a lot of things are established fact or common sense, like Super Saiyan 4 being 10x Super Saiyan 3—which is unsupported by the show and its supplementary material. As for this battle, Kafla utterly annihilates Goku. It's like Gohan-Boo fighting Captain Ginyu. Right at best i see BoGT goku is 2x EoZ goku who is 400x his buu saga self. So that puts him in the buuhan range and if he got another two times by time he gets to rildo that puts him well in the power for that arc to work out the way it did. And thats only a 4x EoZ so i dont know where this 1000x that 4x comes from ive never seen it.

I still put him far above BoG Arc SSG Goku at full strength.
