And UI Goku => Jiren holding back => destroyer level. Depends on the gap between Jiren and destroyer level honestly, if he is just => destroyer level, then the destroyers take it, the gap isn't that big for either of them to hold a massive advantage.

Jiren is > Belmod, who, in the manga, trapped and damaged all the other Gods at once, took a giant blast to the face from "ma boi" Liquir without breaking a sweat and was the only one who didn't require healing at the end of the fight. It is clear that Belmod not only is amongst the most powerful Gods, but he is also very tricky, subtle and smart. As for UI Goku, I believe that when he will be at his maximum (shirtless image with double aura), he will probably be equal if not stronger than Jiren himself. Heavily Suppressed jiren>>beerus. Belmod didn't think that anyone who could gain on jiren as much as UI Goku did existed and jiren still wasn't at full power. Either jiren or goku would crush all 12 gods casually.

They're not beating 12 Gods of Destruction, one of which we know can utilize Ultra Instinct himself (to an extent) and another who is still implied to be able to take on Jiren (Belmod, who Toppo said was only weaker in battle power specifically). With 10 other formidable Gods who each possess some unique attribute, Goku and Jiren are done for.
