Goku learned to keep his energy inside when confronting Beerus. And Vegeta learned it with spiritual training. Goku and Vegeta first mastered the control of their own Ki-leakage, from there on to combine with Super Saiyan 1 to become Super Saiyan Blue. I've seen some members state this isn't the case, it's only combined with Blue that there is absolute Ki-control. Can they explain how the mastery of absolute Ki-control works and what's the exact bound with Blue? How exactly do you obtain more Ki-control by transforming to Blue? Yes, Goku used Blue against Krillin not to hurt him and also with Android 17 he was holding back. But against Master Roshi he didn't use Blue (with the 'superior Ki-control'), but just his base form.
