Depends how many times more powerful Merge Zamasu is compared to Hit Zamasu potara was nerf bad, logically he should've been over 400x stronger then before since Vegito base > SSj3 Goku, but kaioken x 10 overpowered him, however, monster bulky Zamasu > Monster Zamasu > Light form Zamasu And then, we have how many times Goku got more powerful from black arc to TOP arc. But Zamasi should be a lot stronger then x 20 kaioken Goku. So Hit cage of time may work, but he has nothing else to pin Zamasu down with it |

i think hit would actually win this time.zamasu just doesn't have what it takes to beat hit if he used this power |
