He's supposedly the half brother of Goten and Gohan, son of Goku and that female Kaioshin who was also Frieza's mom. However, he comes from Fanfiction so he doesn't really have concrete feats. If what others are saying is true, with him being a bit stronger than SSJ4 Gogeta, he's going to get horribly murdered. Unless he's stated to be strong enough to wipe the universe.

Just because it's fanfiction doesn't mean no feats are concrete. Heck look at the "official" series DBS and how concrete feats are in there. Or just the whole DB series as a whole.

That means he can't do s* against SSJ4 Gogeta, who in turn can't do s* to SSJB Goku. What if there was another rendition of Xicor where he's strong enough to sneeze the multiverse away? See? It's like saying Superman vs Goku. But which Superman? Same case with Xicor but on a smaller scale. He varies too much. We should specify the version used.
