Piccolo: Just how many people have you sacrificed?!

Cell: Sacrifice? Hmph, rubbish! On the contrary, it is an honor to become a fraction of my power.

Music, Exercise, Good food, Funny movies, Dank memes.

EDIT: If those don't work: Masturbation, Alcohol, Heroin, Krokodil, Killing the people responsible for the problem.

It truly was a Shawshank redemption

Be easier on yourself. Do things that make you feel good (as long as it's not at the expense of others). Try and focus on the positive aspects of yourself and your life, although I know that can be easier said than done. Talk through your problems and thoughts with the people in your life.

If it's something that persists for a longer time, then talk to your GP. Some people need anti-depressants to help, although that's not a long-term solution. Your GP could point you to therapy/counselling, which is often the best type of treatment for persistent low moods.

Cardiovascular exercise ... i know it sounds cliche, but it does help. It produces hormones that make you feel good. Not with immediate result, you'll have to push through for at least three or four weeks. Sometimes i really feel like s*** after a full day at the office. To that extend i even don't even have the reserves to watch some descent anime. But when i have had a run (5-8 k) right away after work, then eat ... i'm all in the mood for watching some nice anime episodes, meeting with friends, doing stuff ...

Exercise makes me appreciate the good things in life more.

Take Supplements like 5 htp to have more serotonin. Vitamin D levels could also be too low. Check with your doctor.

Also maybe looking into a natural detox can help. There's various methods so you would have to find one that works for you.

I suggest finding someone you like and working up the courage to, not necessarily ask them out, but just flirt with them. I'm no guru, but I have a feeling this could raise your head up a bit.
