Favourite Manga Dragon Ball Z, Dragon Ball Super and Toriko	Well, back in the U6 Tournament, Vegeta states in his head that him and Cabba were equal while in Base, Current Goku and Vegeta are over 10x stronger then they were in the U6 Tournament, so ToP Arc 4th Form Frieza should be i guess comparable to ToP Arc Base Goku/Vegeta, so even if we say Cabba is the same strength as he was back during the U6 Tournament, he would be give or take 10x weaker then Current 4th Form Frieza, SSJ as we know is 50x Base, while SSJ2 is 2x SSJ, so since SSJ2 is 100x Base and 4th Form Frieza would be 10x Base Cabba, then a Full Power SSJ2 Cabba would then be 10x stronger then Current 4th Form Frieza, so if the weakened Cabba that Frieza beat is less then 1/10 his full power then 4th Form Frieza has a chance, but if not, then i think Frieza would need Golden to beat SSJ2 Cabba imo

Frieza loses 1st form Freeza casually destroyed SSJ Gohan in the Rof arc. It's pretty clear that they were doing the Saiyan beyond God stuff in that arc, a concept that they've seemingly dropped. Unless you think SSJ Gohan is way, way weaker than base Cabba, which I think is sort of crazy. Freeza at max power not including his Golden form is about 225 times stronger than his first form. His first form murked Gohan. I don't think it's reasonable to think Cabba in case is that strong, or any of the Saiyans for that matter. Saiyan beyond God is the only rational explanation for it.
