Worst Super Hero film?

What do you think is the worst super hero film ever made?

I think it's probably Steel. It's only redeeming feature is that it stars Shaq. I don't even think it's that funny. It's more painful than anything.

Catwoman is way worse, honestly.

I haven't seen Steel in a while but the wounds that one left me have healed already. Catwoman's hasn't.

Piccolo: Just how many people have you sacrificed?!

Cell: Sacrifice? Hmph, rubbish! On the contrary, it is an honor to become a fraction of my power.

Greetings. I will be your waifu this season.

I know of Steel but I haven't actually watched it so yeah I'm gonna go with Catwoman.

Even Daredevil had some decent bits in it, I can't remember a single thing about Catwoman that was in any way decent other than how hilariously bad the villain is...super powered because of her make up. What.

If there's truly anything worse I must have repressed it.

The Director's Cut for Daredevil is good. Like at least you can tell they sorta tried there.

I better not see Batman and Robin being mentioned, 'cause that one is intentionally bad and hilarious.

90% of them are pretty bad, but I guess something like Green Lantern, Fantastic 4, or Catwoman could be considered the worst.

Not as bad as Catwoman or Steel though.

Like at least Green Lantern was visually nice, all the characters looked like they should've, and they were mostly casted well. Unfortunately the script was godawful, but that's about it. If you wanna enjoy GL stuff outside of the comics, stick to the CGI animated series, and nothing else.

My Dear Melancholy,

Catwoman wasn't even so bad it was funny bad. It made my eyebrow go bald. Worse than Catwoman is the unreleased Fantastic Four movie

That isn't nearly as bad as Catwoman. It's arguably better than the last three Fantastic Four films.

Of course it's better.

That one at least embraces the comic bookyness of it all and has fun with the concept of superheroes.

The only good things about the live action movies were the sometimes good special effects, Silver Surfer, The Thing's suit and Doom's costume. That's about it.

The '94 FF movie is by no means bad.

I think all the bad super hero movies are mentioned by now, but let me just throw Superman Returns into the mix. I usually love Kevin Spacey but he was a pretty unconvincing Lex Luthor imo. The movie was just really boring and had plenty plotholes.

Even with Reeves' charm I'm not sure I'd place Superman III and IV below Superman Returns.

As far as worst movies go I'd certainly put Elektra, the 90s Captain America and X-Men Origins: Wolverine before it.
