Can't say there's much different in this game compared to the previous one. They haven't changed the commentary at all. Still plays the same way. Same modes, same menus, same graphics. And dammit still no Home Park stadium :p

Yeah, I got mine today, playing it now. I feel like the gameplay is definitely different. Passing is much, much improved. You can actually play killer balls now and cut through defences with runs. Dribbling handles a bit more smoothly too. Shooting from distance feels a little better. I'd say overall it just feels better, although I'm only a few games deep.

I got injured for 3 months in pre season, since I'm only using a single player, that means my team probably won't win promotion.

With Argyle in League One, I might try and power through two seasons and get them into the Premiership. Although I don't know if I could hack two seasons of s*** players, especially considering I usually get bored after 1/1 and a half seasons with good teams.

It bothers me that the computer doesn't bother to improve the team when you win promotion. Yes they buy a few players but they hardly use them.

Ah, I usually play the manager mode over the player mode.

I actually traded mine in. All the stuff I mentioned above was true, but I literally could not defend even mildly well. Every game I played was like, 3-3, 4-3 etc. I wasn't finding it fun and couldn't be bothered to put in the hours to get a hang of it. Figured I'd trade it in while I get close to full-whack and get a game I'll actually enjoy (which was Shadow of War since I really enjoyed the first game).
