Characters dodge and deflect things they likely could tank going by powerscaling, so it's almost meaningless to hinge an argument on that.

Why you think he was like this is my last clone left? He said that because if he would had got hit like piccolo did he would be out the game for sure. Believe what you want saying he's stronger then piccolo is like saying he's stronger then Ssj and Ssj 2 gohan. Take it how you like his clone got hit not him. And if he aimed for tien clone chest it's obvious he had to make that a lot weaker because or else that would kill him. Theses fighters in this tournament not dumb most of them know they opponents limits. So there for they used attacks that's would kill they opponent. Because if so someone would had been dead by now. So no Mr tien is still below master roshi 😅. The funny thing is watch when piccolo do something else in this tournament and then everyone mind will change over night like always 🙄

It depends on how the characters dodged the attacks, I guess. For example, a Cell Junior also dodged Kuririn's punch and I have yet to see someone saying the little Cells couldn't tank the bald one, so in that case dodging means very little. But we also have Freeza dodging Kuririn's Kienzans or #18 dodging kid Trunks' blast, both which we argue they dodged because they'd be screwed otherwise. I generally look at the facial expression characters put before dodging. If they have a facial expression of leisure, nonchalantly then I think they might not need to dodge that. But when they see the attack coming at them and put that "OMG" face, then I see it as dodging is a must.

Piccolo protected Gohan, so it would have done damage to Gohan as well likely. All it seemed to do was knock Tien out. Likely, Tien 25%>Base Gohan>Piccolo based on that fight. They definitely didn't forget about Tien's attack being split since Krillin flat out says it. Tien definitely wins.

There's a better than average chance that the reflected blasts were more powerful then the non-reflected ones. Piccolo might outright stomp as he's likely in the same tier as he's likely around 17. Lmao good point because he has a good eye from far distance so that's how tien was able to dodge because the red guy wasn't there to control the ki blast.
