He never got shot when he was in his original clone. Piccolo got shot once by getting caught off guard. The second time he saved gohan which means it would had done great damage to gohan as well. Other wise gohan would had charged in. So if tien >>>>>piccolo then tien >>>>>> gohan. So idk were y'all getting that lol. People take any chance they can get to label piccolo weak. They barely wanted to give him credit on what he did against gohan. Tien can't even handle masters roshi. The way I see it Goku Vegeta Frieza Gohan 17 Piccolo 18 Krillon Master roshi Tien Not saying he weak tien krillon and master roshi is most likely around the same level. And I feel like if tien actually got hit by a bean he would had been out for rest of the tournament for sure or would had been wounded. That's why he used his clones as a shield lol But y'all know what's funny piccolo could have easily handled this his self just by doing the technique he did on gohan and frost and make a lot of clones. Google Chrome Favourite Manga Hokuto no Ken, Berserk, Dragon Ball, Rurouni Kenshin, Attack on Titan, Kuroshitsuji	Not sure how the Kikoho would measure up against Piccolo. Tien attempted to use it on him but Gohan intervened before he could launch it. We know Piccolo is susceptible to the Taiyoken as Cell was able to successfully escape from him through using it. Disorientation coupled with the Kikoho might be enough if you believe the humans have been retroactively booted up to somewhat comparable levels with the Base Saiyans. I otherwise believe Piccolo would win; he can counter the Mafuba and a conventional battle would spell doom for Tien.

But he's nowhere near Piccolo. He's still in the conversation with Krillen and now powered up Roshi.

Well if you'd prefer to believe Tien is over 4 times stronger than Piccolo, I guess that's fine too.

It's the only logical explanation really. Nothing proves that the two blasts were equal in power. Not only is it logical, but let's hope that's the accepted narrative, because Tenshinhan even having an argument over Piccolo is like opening the floodgates to hell.
