 Bojack's three henchmen vs. the Cell who fought SSj Gohan. The henchmen are not allowed to use telekinesis.

 Cell despite using his full speed on Gohan wasn't even able to hurt him, while members of the Bojack Crew were at least able to hurt Movie 9 Gohan. Even without their telekinsis, Cell is going to have to use more power than what he did against SSJ Gohan if he wants to beat the members of Bojack's gang, much less a combination of all 3.
