![]() ![]() VS ![]() ![]() ![]() Alright, so this is a two on three battle. The Oozaru King is in reference to King Vegeta since there wasn't enough spaces in the title box to complete his name. For the sake of the argument, he retains his normal mindset during the transformation and has his anime estimated power level of 10,000 in human form (making his power level here 100,000). Tien is using Kaioken x60 to amplify a base power level of 1830 (what the official guides list his Saiyan arc power level as). SSJ2 uses the SEG multiplier. Kaioken is perfectly maintainable and strain free for the earth duo. Restrictions are body swap, further transforming, higher Kaioken amounts, tail cutting, and planetary destruction. The setting is Namek. who do you think wins? Scenario 2; Krillin arrives to help the Kaioken pair with a multiplier of Kaioken of his own numbering x60. Team two gets the remaining members of the Ginyu Force and Oozaru Bardock as reinforcements. |

Goku: 135,000. Tien: 109,800. Ginyu: 120,000. Raditz: 120-135,000. King Vegeta: 100,000. King is way too slow and weak to prove a challenge here. so he's out. Goku defeats Ginyu, he's got the power and skill advantage here. and proceeds to help Tien to defeat Raditz. Team 1 wins. Scenario 2: Rest of the Ginyu Force get easily one-shot here. and Bardock is too slow here. so the fight goes the same as in Scenario 1. Team 1 wins. |

Kaioken x1 offers no actual power-up to Goku, I'm assuming you mean x2 since that's the scan you're using. Goku's 180,000 and Tien is 109,000. Ginyu is 120,000 as is Raditz, and Vegeta is 100,000. Seems like the Earthlings are going to completely stomp the baddies with the massive power edge they have. Matters are not helped by the fact that the baddies have Raditz on their side, an utterly incompetent individual by most means. Vegeta is also not very helpful due to having the slow and frail nature of the Oozaru on him. Goku could probably solo this on his own to be truthful given how badly he handled Burter and Jeice when he had a similar advantage of power on them. If he can't, well Tien can take down Vegeta and Raditz(the latter offering at least a semblance of a fight) by himself anyway and hold his own against Ginyu, so it's not like it's a problem then anyway. The rest of the Ginyu Force offers no advantage at all besides dying the moment an awry blast heads in their general direction unless you want to say Guldo could bind the Earth team. Bardock is just as useless as Vegeta. Krillin helping here only makes it more onesided. |

Goku: 90,000 → 180,000 Tenshinhan: 1,830 → 109,800 Krillin (I'm assuming Saiyan battle too): 1,440 → 86,400 Raditz: 1,500 → 75,000 → 150,000 King Vegeta: 10,000 → 100,000 Captain Ginyu: 120,000 Bardock: 9,800 → 98,000 Ginyu Force: ~40,000 Goku alone solos since he's at 90,000 to start, and doubles it with Kaio-ken (Kaio-ken x1 is kind of redundant). Tenshinhan can hold off the Ginyu Force and Bardock, but he wouldn't be able to take down Raditz or Captain Ginyu. Krillin could handle the Ginyu Force but that's it. |

You know I interpreted the Kaioken during the Saiyan arc as having anomalous characteristics. When I look back over the chapters where Goku is using it, he always took special attention to recite which degree of multiplier he was using. It was a verbal clarification to the viewer of what level of power he was using but to Goku during the heat of the moment it seems like needless embellishment. Why would he go to the trouble of discriminating between a x2 multiplier and a basic Kaioken self-comment with no numbers included? I'm surprised there's no references to Oozaru's enhanced durability or the potency of their ranged attacks which if they have a large enough area of effect could damage the enemies regardless of speed. |

Well for one thing, there's no such thing as a Kaioken x1. There can't be, considering that multiplying anything by one means that it doesn't change at all. If you're referring to the numberless Kaioken from the Saiyan arc, it's just the Kaioken x2. Goku only starts specifying it with a number to set up his usage of the Kaioken x3. Scenario 1: Anyways, the Earth-raised team is definitely at a disadvantage here. While they have a huge advantage in ki-based abilities (ki sensing, power amplification, etc.), the space-fairing thugs have a numbers advantage. Neither group has much of a power advantage either. Goku's the strongest of the group, but they're all within the 100,000 range. At the very least, Oozaru King Vegeta is going to be at a speed disadvantage due to his massive size. All in all, I'd say that the space dudes would win sixty percent of the time. Scenario 2: I'd say the inclusion of Kuririn and Bardock (the other Ginyu's are too weak to matter that much) probably tips the odds slightly in favor of team Earth. A skilled earthling martial artist is probably going to be a better contribution than a giant monster that can't keep up in the speed department. Not to mention that said earthling also has a pretty busted insta-kill ki attack (the Kienzan). This time, I'd say that the earthlings + Goku win sixty percent of the time. |
