Round 1- Imperfect Cell (at Android 16 level) Round 2- Semi-perfect Cell Round 3- Perfect Cell He might have a chance in round 1, but I have him definitely losing the last two rounds.
	I'm getting very angry with you, and for me that is a very bad thing, so watch yourself.

Strongest I could see him beating is Initial Perfect Cell(the one against Vegeta) but that's a stretch.

I don't have very big gaps between the characters so they didn't need huge gains from the RoSaT.

I think he could defeat Semi-Perfect Cell. The monster in his completed form would be too much, though.

Goku: 10.5 million -Super Saiyan: 525 million --Super Saiyan 2: 1 billion ---Super Saiyan 3: 4.2 billion Imperfect Cell (Post-Gingertown): 850 million Semi-Cell: 3.75 billion Perfect Cell: 49.7 billion Goku stomps Imperfect Cell, could either win or lose against Semi-Cell, but gets wrecked against Perfect Cell. Round two is a toss up but his odds of winning aren't that great either considering his stamina issue.

Google Chrome Favourite Manga Dragon Ball and One Piece	By my made-up numbers, getting Super Saiyan 3's 8-fold boost would leave actually leave Goku a notch or two behind his post-RoSaT self. He has more than enough raw power that he can take down Imperfect and Semi-Perfect Cell before the energy drain can be a problem, but he's still way weaker than Perfect Cell.
