Toppo happens to be a joint lock priority fighter. His technique might very well catch the tyrant off-guard, but the fact he uses a weaponisable tail as a fifth appendage makes it difficult to maintain a submission hold for Toppo. Who's to say Freeza couldn't force a stalemate by seizing a grip around the neck of his opponent? Well Toppo happened to only use one hand during his Justice Crusher dislocation manoeuvre. I suppose he could restrain Freeza's tail using his free hand; this would still leave the other arm, leg positioning and footwork to address. Any one of these appendages would be usable in a dislodgement counteraction. Don't forget his Kiai Gan and telekinesis. Using basic strength levels I would say Freeza has the advantage, both in terms of feats and technique supply. Toppo doesn't have much to go on at the moment besides his joint locks and Justice Flash fingertip projectiles. Once he powers up as we saw against SSJBKK, though, that's where I believe his victory is guaranteed. Well, unless Freeza decides to blow up the planet or somehow lands the Tsuibi Kienzan.
