His strength wasn't impressive, no crazy attacks.

Favourite Manga Dragon Ball, Naruto, and Bleach	17/Lapis is also known for his speed too, back when he fought Piccolo, he was able to keep up via his unlimited stamina and sheer speed. Even now, he's shown he can fight on Blue tier and shown he can still fight using his speed. He has a lot going for him but Dyspo's being able to go 1,000x faster than light is a neat advantager but if Goku and Hit could figure out his weakness, then 17/Lapis definitely can.

I'm not sure what 17 is supposed to do here, other than flip his barrier up and hope Dyspo eventually dies of starvation or sleep deprivation.

Dyspo was manhandling Hit, who is weaker than current Super Saiyan Blue Goku (who's at least 10x more stronger), who's able to fight slightly on par with 17/Lapis.
