Google Chrome Favourite Manga Hokuto no Ken, Berserk, Dragon Ball, Rurouni Kenshin, Attack on Titan, Kuroshitsuji	The Cell Jr was what, maybe a third of Perfect Cell's overall power? I'm just guesstimating here. We don't know the exact power of Cell prior to Ginger Town. I'm assuming he's more powerful than #19 and Gero, though. In which case, I see a hypothetical Imperfect Cell Jr being stronger than Freeza arc Goku using Kaioken x20 and Freeza at 50%. Maybe defeating Freeza at 75% is also possible. I wouldn't go much higher than that.
