Scenario 1: Piccolo (U6 Tournament) takes on the same Pikkon who took out SPC. If Piccolo is too strong, tell me where you think he ranks. Scenario 2: Equal Power Levels.

Pikkon beats all z piccolos. But id say RoF is when pikkon loses. At equal power levels. Id say it would go either way. neither seems better then the other to me.

Google Chrome Favourite Manga Hokuto no Ken, Berserk, Dragon Ball, Rurouni Kenshin, Attack on Titan, Kuroshitsuji	Scenario 1: Despite what the show would suggest to the contrary, Piccolo's performance against Frost was very impressive. He avoided his opponent's projectiles, blocked strikes with one hand, and bound him using an elastic appendage. Later on, Vegeta felt compelled enough to transform in order to do away with Frost. Piccolo would easily defeat Pikkon since Base Vegeta at this point is dimensions separate from a Cell Games tier fighter. Scenario 2: Really difficult to say. Both fighters have the experience and versatility factors down to a fine art. Piccolo happens to be capable of using different regions of his body like a weapon such as the antennae while Pikkon is elementally versatile with his Ki attacks. The Hyper Tornado ability should be stoppable either by employing Goku's tactic or through gaining some kind of leverage by extending his arm up through the vortex and latching onto Pikkon's limb in order to halt the rotation. What might give Pikkon the advantage here are his pyro-based abilities. Being that Piccolo is a gastropod simian lifeform who survives entirely on water, I suspect the moisture of his body would be noticeably vulnerable to Burning Shoot and Thunder Flash Attack. Should enough of the water in his skin and body evaporate due to these attacks, Piccolo would begin to exhibit symptoms of dehydration. I suspect that he would eventually succumb to his opponent.

Google Chrome Favourite Manga Dragon Ball/Z.	Scenario 1: Piccolo at this point is above SSJG Goku (BoG Saga). so this is a one shot fight. Scenario 2: hard to say. i think Piccolo would win this one too.
