Gohan told Goku to go full-power and Goku used Kaioken, he's blue tier. Zamasu and Piccolo are hard to power-scale so I have no clue. They keep going back and forth with how strong Base is. Basil and Lavendar who are comparable to SSJ2 can hurt Base Vegeta. But then SSJ3 Gotenks can't do sh*t to Base copy Vegeta
He also asked many times for goku to get serious even after goku went blue so your point holds no merit.
kk is serious so yes it does
Kk is not serious. He was not serious when he did it in the U6 tournament just wanted to fight a somewhat fair fight same with toppo. The only time you can say he went kk and was serious was against merged zamasu.
That was a life or death situation. Goku likes fighting, you're using the fact that he's excited to say he's not serious. KK SSB is his full-power. He was serious. We're talking how much power he's using, not his mood my dude.
Mood has alot to do with it. But believe what you want i dont feel like arguing with you.
Goku was at 100% against Hit and struggled, and you're telling me he wasn't serious. Are you for real right now?
Yes i am. And goku was not equal to him in the U6 tournament. But agree to disagree before you get yourself into more trouble.
Makes no sense and he was but ok, agree to disagree ^_^

 I have Gohan in his Ultimate status being about on par with Super Saiyan Blue Goku. Goku at this point definitely surpassed Rosé "Black" by the sheer fact he used Blue Kaioken x10 to damage Merged Zamasu's initial and holding back power, and him later not needing the Blue Kaioken x10 on a stronger Hit. Piccolo I have a bit relative to Super Saiyan to Super Saiyan 2 post-Gods levels of power. Zamasu shown he could fight a Super Saiyan 2 Post-God level Goku a bit evenly and in the future somewhat manage against Blue tier opponents. Piccolo hasn't shown that level power, and have no statements indicating he's that strong.

Ultimate Gohan >>>> Rosé "Black" >> Blue Tier threshold > Zamasu >>> Piccolo

So Gohan and Piccolo wins most likely if they can get rid of Zamasu in my opinion, otherwise they're gonna tire out enough for Zamasu or even "Black" to kill them.

 Piccolo could use the Mafuba on Zamasu and trap him (Immortality or not) while Gohan beats SSR Black. But Gohan must do it fast. Because Black can adept and gets stronger.
