Goku Black has IMO a far better adaptation than Hit's. Dyspo might have the edge at first, but as he's beating up Black he's only making him stronger and faster. Goku Black wins.

Favourite Manga Dragon Ball, Naruto, and Bleach	Dyspo probably wins the initial fight, but overtime, he'll grow stronger and surpass him, and since Dyspo doesn't really have any good finishing attacks, it isn't farfetched that Rosé "Black" would win in the long run.

He's more or less regular SSG tier imo. He got so many attacks in on Hit and Hit was fine. Hit lands a few blows on Dyspo and Dyspo was out of commission pretty much.
