Even if he was a bit lower than Beerus he shouldn't have any issues winning. Assuming that 10 15 gap is still applied to Beerus and Whis.

Firefox, Chrome Favourite Manga Dragon Ball, Berserk	Kaioshin states that Blue Vegetto might have surpassed Beerus, so the two are comparable with Vegetto most likely having a slight advantage. I'm guessing that advantage is something akin to Android arc SS Vegeta vs. SS Goku. If we're just rolling with the standard Beerus - 10, Whis - 15 scale I'd put Blue Vegetto at 11 at most, so a x10 Kaio-Ken would put him at 110, more than enough to finger-flick Whis. I have no clue how strong the Grand Prest is, he could be 5x Whis or 50x Whis.

As for daishinkai, We don't know how much stronger he is than Whis. Whis stated that he couldn't even touch his feet iirc. He could be 2x stronger to literally dozens of time. I think I'd give it to Daishinkai on that one

I think it was a little after Goku started training under Whis, Beerus hinted at the fact Whis wanted them to surpass himself, and Whis is referenced as to be a possible goal as well. So assuming he's only 1.50x stronger than Beerus: Beerus: 13 billion Whis: 19 billion SSJB Vegito: 14 billion -SSJBKKx10: 140 billion Vegito would stomp in a straight up fight.

If Whis is still only 1.5x Beerus' strength, then Vegetto would one shot him. as for Grand Priest, i am not very sure. he could be 1.5x Whis. or even 1,000x.
