The amazing thing about Dragon Ball super is that its good at hinting events in it's intro, for example: 1) the tournament of power arc, Hit was shown disappearing and then appearing at a high speed foreshadowing the time skip technique. 2) In the Goku Black Arc, we see Zamasu falling as if he is falling from the heavens or a fallen angel and then we see rose flower buds floating around him forshadowing him going evil and becoming Goku Black. 3) the tournament of power Arc has something very amusing, the Zenos one is colored red and the other is colored blue. Blue and Red arent really good together, so would that forshadow a rift between Zenos ? 2) what is the reason we have two Zenos is the first place, Goku could have Just left the other one in the void. As we know the omni king cant be undone, EXCEPT by another Omni King I can see the tournament ending in so many ways: 1) Frieza manipulating one Zeno into being Jealous from the other, thus they erase each other. 2) Goku's new form is actually a Kaioken power up and Jiren ends up beating him, then the present Zeno who is Goku's friend refuses to erase universe 7 while the other one wants to thus erasing each other. 3) The winner of the tournament wishes the universes back, one omni king rejects the other doesnt mind and the rift happens here. As far as Im concerned the Grand Priest is only an attendant like Whis, he is not power hungry nor evil. so if Frieza somehow becomes the omni king the Grand Priest wont have a say in the matter |

Not everything from the intros carries some greater meaning or subtext to it. For example, Cabba was depicted as a stylistic kicker who shot yellowish projectiles from his legs during the intro for the Champa arc. I recall him barely attempting any kicks during his battle with Vegeta, much less use any particular kicking style of combat like kickboxing. The Zeno colouration constrast may just be the studio's way of differentiating the two from each other as they do hail from different timelines. Alternatively, you could be right and this dichotomic colour scheme is alluding to some event in the near future that has the pair butting heads with one another. Should Zenos mutually erase each other then Daishinkan and/or Freeza would be poised to making some kind of move, even if it entails building himself strenuously for the next year or several to prepare himself for the gods and angels who would inevitably stand in his way. Erasing Zeno could potentially throw everything out of order as you would have a power vacuum with the enigmatic Daishinkan primed to occupy it. Edited by Thiln, Aug 10 2017, 04:21 PM.
