Anyone else here a big fan of movies related to mafia?

My list would be:
- The Godfather I, II and III. Loved the trilogy, but my favorite was the first. Currently reading the original book.
- Scarface. Starring Tony Montana. Very touching and sad.
- Donnie Brasco. Another historical movie which I find very enjoyable.
- The Untouchables. Based on history and real facts. You'll find out about the famous Al Capone there. Not as touching as the others though.
- Goodfellas. Funny one, I could say.
- Ronin. Dunno if I should consider it a mobster's movie, but damn, Robert de Niro and Jean Reno acting together was priceless.
- I dunno if I should include Get rich or die tryin' or even 8 Mile since they are not supposed to but strongly hints to mob activity.

I find them fascinating for the same reason many people enjoy horror movies. You feel kinda scared if you come to think some of these things actually happen and horrify you, but at the same time they make you want to watch more.

That's all I can remember for now. Do you have any favorite movies of this sort? Any suggestions and stuff? And why do you enjoy those?

You mean mafia movies? They're pretty interesting.

Most have great soundtracks.

Piccolo: Just how many people have you sacrificed?!

Cell: Sacrifice? Hmph, rubbish! On the contrary, it is an honor to become a fraction of my power.

I've seen all of these and Goodfellas is the best one by a mile. The Godfather I and II are classics, but hasn't aged well imo. The Untouchables were great, I really liked Sean Connery's character.

Although not really a mafia movie, Once Upon A Time In America is my favorite if you consider it. 4 hours worth watching.
