The pacing isn't exactly super fast and there's still a lot of unanswered questions. I think I'm mostly looking forward to the MiB's storyline this season because of his little conversation with Host Child Robert Ford. I'm not entirely sure how I feel about Dolores' newfound desire to conquer humanity, but I suppose it all has a meaning.

Fire fox Favourite Manga Gantz	I've known of very few of the actors before watching this show but I can say that I think they picked a good bunch of people. It isn't easy to play a lot of the roles that these actors play. To me it adds to the mystery of determining who is or is not an android.

Apparently fans have actually predicted this whole series already, to the point where the writers or whoever have admitted that and some communities are starting to police theories a bit because they're so spot on it'll ruin things. Hopefully people are just smart and it's not a really simple season. Not much of a theory but I wonder if the whole place could be under water, that would be cool.

Underwater would probably be best because then they can flood the whole place as a contingency, I feel like this is the sort of world where they'd think of that. And Spoiler: click to toggle That might factor in to how Bernard flooded that area That would be an interesting way to explore the other parks and keep everything tied together without it being ridiculous that they haven't interacted with the real world yet.

Doing all that prediction ruins the fun! I like to speculate a little but I definitely prefer to just watch as things happen.

I hope they continue doing small recaps of previous events even if it's done just by having small convenient conversations between characters because I want to be fully in the loop when it comes to this series. I have to say though that I'm sort of astonished by how brilliantly written the series continues to be. It's the type of show that leaves me thinking "damn, I wish I was half this smart/creative to be able to come up with an idea like this and fully execute it". The plot is so intriguing and leaves so many open doors for existential questions and abstract thinking. I'm so thrilled to have this series back in my life, it's not even funny. Thought the premiere of season 2 was great. Loved the use of multiple timelines and really curious to learn what's going on with the human DNA sampling, Bernard's role in the killing of the hosts (and presumed eventual reveal of his host status to his colleagues), and what resulted in Teddy's death. Also super super excited to see the other 'worlds' within the park. My favorite moment of the episode would have to be the slow motion sequence of Dolores killing the human guests while riding a horse to the tune of the orchestral version of "The Entertainer"/the classic saloon music. Evan Rachel Wood is such a badass babe!

Fire fox Favourite Manga Gantz	Season 2 Episode 2 I feel like a lot happened in this episode but I was so tired and falling asleep that I feel like the continuity was off. They did go back and forth through time a lot...like a lot! I'm going to watch it again but I'm starting to get a clearer understanding of what is the main timeline and what is the past. A part of the episode that I was fully conscious for was when whats his name was introduced to Westworld (at the party). The shock and awe of the experience is what I thought I would see more of in the first season. I think his reaction in that moment was something that myself and many people would have. Even just thinking about Robots so real that I cannot tell them from humans is just unfathomable. This is a show were the fine details really matter which makes remembering things from season to season difficult. I love the detail though because it makes the world more real for the viewers too.

Mozilla Firefox Favourite Manga Berserk all day erry day	I have nothing intelligent to say and I've not watched episode 2 yet but after seeing it pointed out, it's pretty cool how in the opening now the hands that play the piano are a lot more developed and their movements...more human. Interesting. I know it's not how the originals worked out but it'd be cool if the real world was actually just some dystopian/post apocalyptic society and Hosts are a massive experiment to create humans again. Because reasons, s*** I'm no writer.
