He seems to be about even with Bane, and it could go either way from there imo, since Bane has more skill on his side but his mask is quite the weakspot.

Cell: Sacrifice? Hmph, rubbish! On the contrary, it is an honor to become a fraction of my power.

Is there something impressive that Steven Seagal does in his movies that I'm missing? Atleast, anything that would put him above Bane from Dark Knight Rises.

I would wager Yuri Boyka in Undisputed is far better a martial artist than Batman is, and he's incredibly vicious and tenacious. If he finds that Bane's mask is his weakspot, then it's game over.

I don't see how Yuri is a better martial artist than Baleman. Unlike Yuri, who went through some unseen training, we get to see the League of Assassins and they're quite fearsome. He'd win against Baleman through pure strength, not skill.

I would dispute that by the mere fact we see him fighting martial artists that use various styles, he's proven his ability by beating those with incredible ability. Does that not count for showcasing skill?

To the point of saying that he's a far better martial artist than Baleman? I don't think so. I wouldn't call it skill considering the serious strength advantage he had against them. Sure he's still skilled, but Baleman's canonically recieved better training and shown it, meanwhile Yuri has shown some skill, but we're not sure what exactly he was taught.

Here are his fights from Undisputed 4, which is the latest version of Boyka. His knee is healed, so he uses a better mix of kicks and punches than he did in Undisputed 2 and 3. His fight against Koshmar made me think to include Bane in this; that's immediately after he fought the current champ (about 3:13 in the second vid), and then he got beat down by goons with baseball bats, then shot in the leg, then shot in the gut, and still had enough willpower to choke the crime boss to death (and he survived to continue fighting years later).

I mean, I just can't see Baleman taking him down in a brawl due to Boyka's sheer willpower at worst, or being overwhelmed at best.

But Steven Seagal would take him down with ease. He'd simply intimidate Boyka like he did to JCVD.

Why do you have Oliver (CW) so low on this list? I don't know much on one, and three, but Oliver is WAY more tougher and better fighter than Batman (Dark Knight) and Bane (The Dark Knight Rises).

I figured he wasn't as tough. He's gotten knocked out quite often.

He is. He gets buffed every season except 4. I should move the dude up behind Seagal. I kept thinking he wasn't that strong even though I f***ing love the show and I've watched all the seasons repeatedly...except 4.

But yeah, then Boyka would likely lose to Oliver. I could see him beating season 1 and 2 Ollie (and 4), but he'd definitely lose to 3 and get s***stomped by 5 if Oliver was going all-out.

Damn. I put someone way too powerful in here.

To be frank, I don't think Yuri would beat Slade, Mirukuru or not. But I'm not too keen on Seagal no more but you're probably right on the money though end of season 3 Oliver and up definitely is superior to Seagal, in my opinion anyway.
