Somewhere just below Super Saiyan 2 level is my estimate. BSSJ Kale with the aid of SSJ Caulifla could only hold the Pride Troopers' beam at bay. It took Caulifla using Super Saiyan 2 in order to completely overwhelm the Pride Troopers. Unless one were to argue the Pride Troopers and SSJ2 Caulifla could overwhelm one of SSB Goku or Vegeta's attacks, then the idea of them being on the same level as a Super Saiyan Blue is unsupported.

SSJ2 Caulifla + BSSJ Kale > SSJ Caulifla + BSSJ Kale = Pride Troopers > SSJ Caulifla + SSJ Kale

The amplifier for their collective attacks must have been pretty high, considering it allowed them to repel SSJ Caulifla and Kale's merged projectile when they originally could only fight the Saiyans in their Base state. In fact, I daresay it may have been one of the most impressive exhibitions of cumulative Ki attacks in the whole series.

Yeah when kale went full power the pride still somewhat hold held the blast. But when caulifla let rest of her full pull out the pride troopers couldn't hold any more. But it was impressive that the pride troopers help they full power blast for 6 secs. I wonder how strong they are individual? if they was to add one more pride trooper to this clash they probably could have pull off the win. But I say they all around Ssj and Ssj 2 level. But the general may be a bit stronger like Ssj 3 level.

It actually gave me a little hope that, after this saga, the weaker characters might still be of help in future battles.
