If it's about conserving energy then why does he take no breaks? He's always actively seeking out a fight. Why keep going blue when he doesn't need it? All forms have "ki control" remember MSSJ? He's wasting energy. And since he's lowering his power to be on par with weaker fighters it's resulting in him taking damage by getting beat up. Why conserve energy if you're gonna get beat up? Shouldn't that tire him out more?

They're not going to go wasting their energy and stamina on weaker fighters, that'd be dumb.

Goku dose not know how strong anyone is nor dose he know how many are left. So if he where to blitz everyone he would have to do it at full power and full speed which would consume alot of energy considering he would have to do it to like 50-60 people.

Any evidence that taking those hits cost him more stamina than turning Blue?

Surely going from base to blue to base to yellow to blue to base etc... can't be good for energy conservation? In a situation as serious as TOP, the most sensible course of action would be to avoid combat unless absolutely necessary. Not actively seeking out fights. Goku using logic and reason will probably never happen. However, Vegeta seems to pride himself on his intelligence. Yet he is almost as reckless.

And the conserving energy thing is a moot point cause like I said, he's seeking out fights constantly and he keeps transforming
