What Browser do you use? Google Chrome Favourite Manga Dragon Ball, Fairy Tail, and Naruto.	Well to be fair Gowasu wasn't the one that gathered the team. But I think he was expecting things to be different on the barbarian planet. He can't go back in time to show him worlds that are already civilized. The Time Ring can only travel to the future.

Maybe he was going to show him several planets. Starting from uncivilized to civilized to show him what needs to happen so that the later can happen. But never got the chance to show him the good in the universe because zamasu went all chop chop on them.
