Even 5 ssjs going after cell would not have accomplished anything. A vary good example of this is the cell jrs vs ssj2 gohan. No way, Goku has to be at least 66% of Cell. Quote on the SSJ2 thing? And the Cell Jrs were weaker than suppressed Perfect Cell so moot point on that. FP PC is not SSJ2 tier, SPC is

Dose it really matter if it filler anymore honestly. The anime and manga are completely separate at this point both there own canon It was stated goku was a full power while cell was at half so yah no actuall numbers said but 50% cell none tge less.

If we where discussing the manga and i brought up something from the anime its invalid and vice versa. As for your question if its in the sub id be more then likely to tell you if i knew a place where i can find the subbed version. Its all dub when i look it up. But none the less goku is only 50% cell.
