Comakian Kai (pronounced "co-mac-ian kai") or "Coma Kai" for short is a kai who puts people in comas. He has the power to put anybody he wants into a coma.

 This has absolutely no reason to be in the Dragon Ball Super Section. I would barely even qualify this as being part of the RPG post, especially with just this. The Dragon Ball Super section is intended entirely for direct Dragon Ball Super related material be it the anime or manga in their respective subsections.
