They must battle to Death for the fate of what they believe in, also if in trouble Supes can sundip, and Hulk can go World Breaker.

Nevermind the fact that Superman has dozens of superpowers at his disposal.

This was a calmer state for Hulk so he's normally stronger than that, but not enough to hold a freaking star. Superman was carrying a galaxy's worth of planets, and that's way more than what Hulk would be able to handle. Superman could also stand there and take his punches, being tossed across space or the planet and he would be less than fazed.
