I feel Tony Jaa is a much more deadlier combatant at close range in my opinion. Yen is more refined though and has a fee more martial arts under his belt. I guess it depends who strikes first then.

Tony Jaa should take this, dude's a beast. Donnie Yen has quite a small frame in comparison and size does make a difference.

I long for the day where we have realistic VR and can make two people like this fight without having to worry about injuring each other. So many fights we'll never see.
