So how exactly does this go down?

Are the Atlanteans and Latverians meeting somewhere specific? Or are they going to each other's territory at a certain time? We need more rules here.

They're not getting past the latverian forces then. Far too many defenses and far too much hax. When Doom betrayed Intelligencia they could barely get past their soldiers, sentries and robots, though that's mostly because they were a bit defenseless and besides, M.O.DO.K. was doing all the work for them, and killed quite a few, but only because they were already inside and forced to run.
