So there is no conclusive evidence in either the manga or the anime that he destroyed anything more than U7?
Nope, but I find it odd that Future Zen'Oh leaves his timeline behind. In the anime he even brings his guards with him.

Then the answer to that question lies in the solution to this debate.

When Future Zeno destroyed F. Merged Zamasu (when he was with the universe),

1. How did Goku and gang able travel back then travel back to the future to get F. Zeno?
2. How were other universes like U6 or U11 affected?
It seemed that the universe was still there, it was just blank space.
If Zen'Oh erased more than Universe 7, that's how.
I think people are confused with what a universe is and what is a timeline of that universe.

Whis Explains multi verse

F. U7 became an empty void and present U7 was alive and active. To me, F. Zeno only destroyed that single point of time.

EDIT: Geekdom's video explains it
Different universes don't have different timelines. A different timeline accounts for everything.
@Green

What do you think of the explanations? Does any of the explanations apply to Dragonball Super?

Manga Chapter 26 has Trunks and Whis saying "parallel worlds"

I think Trunks just means things like our timeline and all of that when he's referring to parallel worlds.

Okay I'll just say all this, K.

Universes 1-12 all exist in one timeline. We'll call it our Z Timeline, so it's the story we've seen. Future Trunks came back in time making this alternate timeline or parallel world.

In Trunks's time there are also Universes 1-12, but they are different from the Z Timeline. All of them. Because when time is changed it changes all of the universes and everything, not just one universe.

So Future Zeno destroyed Future Zamsu and that timeline, along with Universes 1 to 12 in that timeline? But present timeline and its universes 1 to 12 is still intact because Future Trunks and Zamasu using time machines/rings?

We don't know if he destroyed more than Universe 7 in that timeline.

Present timeline Universes are still in tact because they're a separate timeline. It doesn't matter what happens at all in Future Trunks's timeline because it's a separate timeline.
