It doesn't make sense for there to be one Goku was as strong and stronger than ssjg after he absorbed it with no conscious effort of tapping into anything. He lost the form but he kept power level. There is no God ki he's learned to tap into to get the ssjg power back He learned about God ki when he started training with whis. It didn't drastically raise his power if at all. If there was a two base system then he would've gotten all the ssjg power back and that wouldn't make sense because he already kept the power before without having to learn about God ki So let the two base theory die already. It doesn't work In the movie it exists. In the anime, it could. The problem is that we can't make sense of this series because powers are all over the place. You can't simply say it doesn't exist and you can't say it does when it comes to the anime.

They didn't use ssj against the guy who fears it most? Freeza? Remember, Goku transformed first and he went to blue, why do that? When does Goku ever go straight to his full power? He didn't want to show Freeza ssj again? And then, if they're even stronger in base after and then third form and true form Frost >> base Goku, then true form Frost >>> true form Freeza but Frost can't transform? Why not? Freeza is only stronger than him when gold and Frost has even more potential? Or did Goku and Vegeta just rediscover regular ki use in the ROSAT and discovered being in their normal bases and training those would make them stronger. They just don't seem godly in base after ROF.

If ssjg was still the strongest but is only temporary and ssjb is accessing a small portion of the power through ssj. That would mean no random people are casually surpassing the ssjg ritual in power and of course, eventually Goku and Vegeta will surpass the ritual, just not yet. Also it would mean that Beerus isn't ridiculously strong compared to ssjg, he's a little less than twice as strong. Edited by superperfectnerd**, Jul 18 2017, 06:06 PM.

Nothing about the final zenkais on Namek appear consistent to how they utilised prior to Toriyama requiring for the Saiyans to become contestable against Freeza. Karin, being a deity in his own right, should technically be capable of harnessing God Ki, yet we see how a lowly human assassin such as Tao surpassed him. It's precedent and process. In fact, Gohan had already surpassed the earthly deities with a power level of 710 which even Raditz conceded was unheard of for a Saiyan child of his age.

Favourite Manga Dragon Ball, Naruto, and Bleach	There is no 2 base theory, Goku has acquired Super Saiyan God's power via absorbing a vast majority of it's power toppled by the fact he also received training on top of that. Goku rivaling certain foes that shouldn't have no business at that level is either because he and Vegeta are holding back massively or as cliché as it is, it's due to plot.
