Judging by that photo, none at all. The only thing that changed was that his head shrank throughout the series, lol. He doesn't seem aged to me. It's just artwork. His best appearance was in DBZ 'till Buu, his face had smoother features. Apart from that, the fact that he aged so quickly in 3 years was that: 1. He was a Warrior type, though he initiated from Kami who was a Dragon type, so that's questionable; 2. He was a mutant. King Piccolo didn't spew normal eggs, like Namekians. He had the ability to create mutants like Cymbal and Drum, so Piccolo was maybe meant to be a mutant too, someone who looks indeed Namekian but was also his reincarnation, Piccolo Jr's sole purpose being to take on his goals - so he was forced to mature as quickly as he could. Or maybe he's just a pretty Namek teehee. |
