In the comic series, The Flash-The Fastest Men Alive, Bart Allen absorbs the speed force and became the fastest Flash. If you read Flashpoint, you would've known that Barry Allen was responsible for creating the N52 timeline (before DC Rebirth). Frieza steals his speed and absorbs Dr. Doom Intelligence.

Which super hero teams can stop him?

Rules: Frieza is not allowed to use time tavel. He has full capabilities of the speed force (just like when Bart Allen aborbed the speed force and fought against Superboy), but time travel is not allowed against heroes.

 The JLA and the Avengers won't be enough. Bring in people that can travel through time (or that are natural timeline-damaging protectors) because I see Freeza going back in time with either his speed or Doom's magic, assuming he knows that too, since I consider that part of his fantastic (heh) intellect.

He's gonna be a hard one to beat.

 Consideirn Golden Frieza rivals SSJB Goku, who is universal + level Alone he solos most people on this list, in fact, he easily solos all people on this list with no effort at all.

 Given how some members from these teams (should've added Defenders, though Annihilators are fine) have a pretty good amount of hax, I can see them standing a better chance now, but with Doom's intellect it's still going to be a really hard battle.

And still, no one that could counter Doom or Flash's abilities to time-travel.

 I feel like you didn't bother to look up what One Million actually is, and just assumed that, the same way Superman One Million is super overhyped and known to be über powerful (though in reality, there's not a whole lot to back that up), Batman One Million is some sort of incredible powerhouse, when he's not even the most powerful or intelligent version of Batman, even with his telepathy.

Also, Batman's prep is super overrated. For starters, Doom's is FAR, FAAAR better. Batman's detective prowess doesn't fare well against Victor's sorcerer and scientific skills, and now Freeza, a very petty f***er, has Doom's mind, plus Flash's speed. If you want good prep go search for people with superior intellects than Batman, even Spidey could arguably rival his.
