Fire fox Favourite Manga Gantz	Link "U.S. President Donald Trump on Tuesday abruptly fired FBI (Federal Bureau of Investigation) Director James Comey in the fallout over Comey's probe of Democrat Hillary Clinton's emails last year, saying Comey was no longer able to effectively lead the law enforcement agency" This worries me because I'm literally preparing to apply to the FBI at the moment. I'm afraid that President Trump is firing lots of leaders in our government and replacing them with poorly qualified people. One of the reasons I am interested in the FBI is because they tend to (more so in the past) avoid publicly engaging in political issues. I don't agree with the guy President Trump picked to run the Secret Service and now he has the chance to put an unqualified leader at the head of the FBI.

Disgraceful action by Trump, and Comey found out about it via the news... From his letter; "While I greatly appreciate you informing me, on three separate occasions, that I am not under investigation, I nevertheless concur with the judgment of the Department of Justice that you are not able to effectively lead the bureau." It's so obvious that he's doing this to impede any meaningful investigation, and the fact that Sessions had a role in this is downright insane, considering he recused himself from the investigation months ago.

Sessions getting involved just rattles my brain. I don't know what to think of this mess right now.

The act of firing a guy deep in the investigation of Trump and his cabinet's tie to Russia. How unsurprising that Comey would be fired during this act of investigation. In some cases its been compared a lot to Nixon's stance during Watergate. Nixon would constantly try to hire new individuals and when they didn't act exactly how he wanted, he would fire them and replace them with someone else. Of course it eventually came full circle and Nixon drove himself into a corner. It's amazing how much corruption is going on in our government right now that is so blatant to the face it hurts. I don't even know how much Trump is even a part of it. not that he's innocent, just that he's presented himself as such an incompetent leader that I would not be surprised one bit if he was just a puppet under the orders of others. Either way, it was a shocking move that upset the country and at this point, a good number of people are not buying it. Trump and his team have only dug themselves deeper into this mess. Mozilla Firefox Favourite Manga Berserk all day erry day	Sadly there still seems to be a great many that respond with "But Hillary's emails!" and "Obama did stuff" Like so f**ing what, someone else did bad stuff so it's fine to let this guy do bad stuff. Not like the POTUS should be held to higher standards. Not like it's one of if not the* most important jobs in the world... Really though I'm baffled how this even happens, is Trump just that incompetent or does he actually have something to hide? Wonder if he'll go out in a blaze of glory when it all comes to light. Mind you, people will probably still try to defend him. "He was only trying to protect America!" That line he said, about how he could shoot someone on 5th Avenue or whatever...it's disturbingly true.
